I've been baking macarons for 15 years, and my passion is introducing people to this delicate French dessert and transforming the way they experience it.

Many people have only tried overly sweet macarons made with artificial ingredients. I want to change that perception and help people fall in love with macarons again through natural flavors, premium ingredients, and a delicate, well-balanced sweetness.

My goal is to share the beauty of this unique dessert and create a truly special experience with every bite.
