This page explains what happens to the information you share with Sweet Life Infinity (“Best macarons by Jenna”, Redding, California) through this website.
What we collect and why
- Order requests. Your name, phone number, email or Instagram handle, the pickup date, your notes and the macarons you chose. We use them only to answer you and prepare your order.
- Messages from the chat on this site. Your message and how to reach you, to reply to you.
- Your account, if you create one. Your email, your password (stored encrypted: we can't read it), the name, phone and address you choose to save, the orders you send while signed in and whether you have used the welcome discount. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email from Google. Accounts are stored with Supabase, our database provider. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see below).
- Online payments, when available. Payments are handled by Stripe: your card details go to Stripe and never reach us. We receive your name, email, phone, shipping address and what you bought, to prepare and send your order.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes your IP address and basic request information to deliver this website and keep it secure.
Where it goes
Order requests and chat messages are delivered to the business's account on Telegram, the messaging app we use to receive orders. Order requests are also saved, with an order number and their state, in our order register at Supabase, so we can keep track of them; if you have an account, you see yours there. We don't sell your information and we don't share it with anyone else, except the services named on this page that we need to run the shop.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies and doesn't load trackers. The boxes you put in your order are saved in your own browser (local storage) so they're still there if you reload the page; they are sent to us only when you send your order. If you sign in, your browser also keeps your session (local storage) so you stay signed in; signing out removes it. Our fonts and images are served from this site.
How long we keep it
How long order messages and payment records are kept (owner to decide).
Your choices
You can ask us what we have about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to business email or to @sweet_life_infinity on Instagram.
